Engraved Brick Order Form

Please consider supporting Terrace Park Elementary PTO by purchasing an engraved brick for the front walkway (around flagpole on Elm). Sales will take place now through the end of May, with all proceeds going to the Terrace Park PTO. Space is limited to 175 bricks. Bricks will be sold for $100.

Up to three lines, 14 characters per line including spaces, all block letters, upper-case only.

 

Brick location will be selected at random - we are unable to offer the option to select the location of each brick. If you’d like more than one brick, an additional order form will need to be completed.
